Getting Ready for the Trip

We're 36 hours from take off, and all the team is excited, praying up, and looking forward to what God is going to do in our own lives, and through us, as we're on the ground in Aboledas, Atizapan, Mexico City

We are headed to Steve and Kay Carpenter's to help build their worship center where they serve the community, to help teach english to kids and adults, and to vision cast with them for the future of WCC's relationship with them.

Pray for health, safety, for the flight (leaves at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday!) and for the families on the ground staying behind for this team of 11.

  2. Kudos to Chris for setting up the blog.
God is so good, he has given me a couple of days off, right before our trip. What a blessing! I pray that we all remain open to his plan, and willing to fill any shoes he sets before us.

  10. By now there should be a frame for a sanctuary. Praise God! All that you are doing reflects God's image to those around you. The people in that village and each other. Intentionally walking with God means being part of a body that also intentionally loves God and serves His people. You all are an incredible example and inspiration to us all.
